Yes. The price on the product page is the price at checkout. Shipping is free, and duties and taxes on international orders are already included.

If the order has not shipped yet, email us with your order number and we will change or cancel it. Once a parcel is with the carrier it has to be handled as a return.

Your order is dispatched from our warehouse and a tracking link is emailed the moment it leaves. Delivery time after that depends on your address and the carrier handling it. If you need a fixture by a particular date, email us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it can be done.

Email us with your country before you order and we will confirm whether we can deliver to you, what it costs and how long it takes. We would rather tell you up front than accept an order we cannot fulfil.

Yes. A tracking link is emailed the moment your parcel leaves the warehouse. You can also check progress any time on the Track My Order page.

Thirty days from delivery. The fixture needs to be unused and in its original packaging. Full details are on the Refund and Return Policy page.

Every fixture we sell is covered for two years against manufacturing defects. If something fails in normal use inside that window, contact us with your order number and we will sort it out.

It depends on the fixture. Plug-in wall lamps need no wiring at all, you just mount the bracket and plug it in. Hardwired sconces, ceiling lights and flush mounts connect to your mains supply and should be fitted by a qualified electrician. Each product page states which type it is.
